CP Community end of year update

The CP network in the UK has been steadily growing this year and we look forward to welcoming more members as they launch their new courses this September. It has been great to catch up with quite a number of you in person in 2023. This year, in addition to CP network meetings and Reflective Project drop-ins, we have been running popular DP/CP joint sessions on 'What do DP/CP coordinators need to do when it comes to exam admin?'  and 'What do I do with authorisation/evaluation feedback?' with lots of members attending the sessions and accessing recordings. See below for details on our next joint meeting 'How do I prepare for results day? And what can I do with the results when I get them?'

Working with the network:

  • We are looking for PPS teachers in particular to form our CP core hub where every month we can share ideas and best practice in the core - do get in touch if you or part of your team are interested.   

  • If you are interested in collaborating with other schools on anything from the core to Programme Development Plans, please get in touch. Also if you have teachers new to the IB, we can buddy them up with an experienced practicioner as well as giving access to the DP subject hubs where possible.

June 2023

  • 15 June, 16:00 - How do I plan ahead for the new school year as a CP coordinator?

  • 22 June, 16:00 - Joing DP/CP session: How do I prepare for results day? And what can I do with the results when I get them?

July 2023

  • 6 or 10 July, 16:00 - Updates and results feedback and support - We encourage as many of you to attend as possible to discuss your results. The more evidence we can build and share about the successes of the CP, the better.s and results feedback
