Spring DP seminar success & intentions for 2022/2023

We have now completed the inaugural cycle of free CP/DP Seminars which were held during the Spring term.  This year we focused attention on the Extended Essay and we were delighted with the positive response from delegates and the level of interest from schools. 

We have pledged to deliver at least 10, free-to-member virtual seminars each year for the next three years.  The virtual seminar format provides us with the opportunity to focus on general issues, and to dig down into subject components as necessary. 

Having focused on the Extended Essay for 2021/22, we plan to look at some subject areas for 2022/23 with particular focus on those subjects which have recently experienced curriculum updates and those for which curriculum changes are imminent.  Reflecting on the feedback from the inaugural series, we will be looking to spread the 2022/23 Seminars across the academic year, and will be launching sign-up for the first set of seminars early in the Autumn.
