We look forward to welcoming you to our Annual General Meeting and Spring Conference - Reflections on Excellence in the IB being held at Aston University on 7th March 2023.
The conference will focus on highlighting good practice and innovative approaches to IB education among IBSCA member schools. There will also be opportunity to network with fellow IB educators and share experiences of delivering the IB curriculum.

The conference will be held at Aston University conveniently located in central Birmingham.

By Train: Aston University is located closed to New Street, Moor Street, and Snow Hill train stations. It is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk from each station or a five minute taxi ride, taxi ranks are available outside each station.
By Car: Located in the heart of Birmingham, Aston University is accessible via major motorways including the M6. Parking is available on Aston University’s campus and be booked directly via its website (see below).
By Air: Birmingham Airport is located nine miles from Aston University and is accessible via a 30 minute taxi journey or a 10 minute train from Birmingham Airport to New Street station.
