CP Community welcome & upcoming dates

The CP community network is made up of a wealth of experienced CP and DP educators from across the UK. 

For new and experienced CP coordinators and educators, the CP community network is a great source of support. For example: 

• Meeting with the CP community Lead virtually or face-to-face for programme support.

• Buddying up with more experienced educators who can help with Career-related Studies or DP matters 

• Joining in our bi-monthly community hub meetings for updates, news and practical ideas.

In addition to this, the CP community regularly joins with the DP community for cross-programme matters and development.

For 2024, we have a schedule of bi-monthly meetings on a Tuesday at 4.30pm on Zoom. The focus is on improving IB pedagogical practice whether that be across the CP and DP or within the CP core elements specifically. As we move through the year, we will be embracing new specifications for the CP core elements coming into place in September 2025 and how best to plan for these changes.
